You will be working as a **Maintenance Supervisor** for a family-owned business with a heritage dating back to 1945. At RoyaleResorts, we pride ourselves on providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

You will be managing and mentoring the parks maintenance team ensuring the correct working standards are in line with health and safety on our family orientated holiday park, **Ranksborough Hall in Rutland**. In addition, you will complete vehicle compliancy checks and ensure all working areas are well organised, maintained and clean.

To be successful for this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role. As the role has a requirement to lead a team, you must have leadership experience.

We offer a company pension, life insurance, **with a working week of 40 hours across 5 days out of 7** with an enhanced range of company benefits.
