Experienced Accounts Adminstrator

We have an exciting work from home opportunity for an experienced **Accounts Administrator** to join our team.

**Accounts Administrator Essential Criteria**
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Sage software.
- Willingness to learn how to use ECM and other systems to raise individual and bulk upload invoices for payment by the local authorities and private clients
- Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Expert in credit control
- Self motivated and well organised
- At least two years experience in a similar role

The role of **Accounts Administrator** is key to ensure the smooth running of the business.

**Accounts Administrator Duties Include**:

- Invoicing local authorities and our private clientelle.
- Creating statement of accounts to clients
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Working with finance teams across many local authorities to troubleshoot any discrepencies or issues with ECM and CM 2000.
- Work with the team to ensure that internal care managers and coordinators have provided the correct information as per the PO.
