**Salary: £28,000 - £43,685 per annum**

**Contract: Full-time roles available**

**GSL Education** is seeking an experienced
**Head of Science** for a client school based in
**Boston, Lincolnshire**. This is for an
**Easter**
**start.**
**GSL Education** are wanting to hear from
**experienced department heads** who in addition to being
**Head of Science**, has led the overall direction of the
**three departments in: Biology, Chemistry and Physics.**

**Head of Science Requirements**:

- **Qualified teacher status (QTS) with Key Stage 3 and GCSE science teaching experience.**:

- Uphold high expectations of all pupils and uphold high professional standards.
- ** Understand the need for a scaffolded curriculum.**:

- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
- Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to engage and build a rapport with young people.
- ** Successful experience of leading and managing a Science department.**

**General Responsibilities and Duties**:
