Tŷ Pawb is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed reception/front of house staff member to join our operations team at Wrexham’s Arts, Markets and Cultural centre.

The reception/front of house staff work closely with the Tŷ Pawb operations team, centre support team and wider Arts and Events teams to ensure the smooth running of the centre and all of the events and activities undertaken there.

The post is a Welsh essential post, with the post holder being the first point of contact for visitors to Tŷ Pawb. The post holder should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.

The post holder will provide a range of customer support functions, including responding to visitor enquiries, front of house duties associated with exhibitions, events, markets and the arts programme and the daily running of Tŷ Pawb.
