- Basic salary: £24,000 _dependent on experience _+ guaranteed monthly amount whilst building a pipeline for up to 6 months

- Dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development from your Divisional Sales Director and business support functions; Training Team, Compliance, Admin department and in-branch team

**The finer details**

**MUST have CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent**
**Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing professional mortgage and protection advice**

**Are you good at**
- Demonstrable track record within the Mortgage industry
- Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact and ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained
- Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach

**Your responsibilities**
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
- Generate your own leads and business, managing an existing client bank and generating referrals
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
