Here at Team Educate, we're currently in search of exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants for a school located in the Nailsea area. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support and guidance to students with special needs, including working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Help supervise and manage classroom behavior
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with daily tasks such as preparing materials, setting up activities, and maintaining a clean classroom

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and other staff members
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Pay: £90.00-£95.00 per day

Expected hours: 12 - 35 per week
