- The Role
- You’ll be a key member of our Hospitality Team, assisting with booking, administration and front of house duties at our Rustington Centre of Wellbeing.
- You’ll be focused on delivering a high-quality customer service for our veterans, visitors and customers, overseeing an effective and seamless check-in and check-out service culminating in a polite, courteous and helpful experience.
- You’ll also manage the administration of beneficiaries’ payments, maintain an accurate record of invoices and collect payments, ensuring that unpaid accounts and queries are followed up.
- Additionally, you’ll operate the main switchboard, responding to all calls, administer the HR information system and develop, monitor and manage a member feedback model. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our beneficiaries.
- Your role will also involve inputting reservation details into the Studio database and managing safety and security systems.
- About You
- You’ll have great customer care skills, an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels including on a face-to-face basis.
- You’ll be a proactive self-starter with knowledge of Microsoft Office, database systems and intranet and preferably be qualified to GCSE standard or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English.
- This is a full-time role, operating on a rolling rota, which may include night shifts to cover other team members when required as well as the occasional requirement to work away from home.
- The Benefits- Salary of £25,307.78 per annum
- 28 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Between 6-8% pension contribution
