A renowned cocktail bar located in Central London are looking to onboard a cocktail bar tender for full-time hours, who possess creativity, self-motivation and a sound knowledge of drinks.

Bringing the best level of service with consistently high-quality drinks within this prime location is crucial, alongside the ability to adapt to menu changes and busy periods.

Providing a fully immersive and unforgettable experience for guests is fundamental and key to success.

**Other logístical duties include -**
- Opening and the closing of the bar, following the procedural list, from the set-up and close down procedures.
- The opening and closing duties are part of a collective effort from all team members, as is the cleanliness of the bar throughout the entire service.

**Communication & Reporting**
- You will be reporting into the bar manager onsite.

**Prerequisites**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Drinks knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
