**The Role holder **will oversee all administrative activities of the Executive Support Office, including but not limited to diary coordination and assistance with board activities and communication.
Working closely with multiple Directors with differing requirements you will maximise the effectiveness of the Executive Support Office in meeting its goals by providing comprehensive administrative support as well as ensuring the Directors are fully supported with all confidential matters.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at Board Level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office.
- Evidence of strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of competing demands in a professional, tactful and efficient manner.
- Ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
