We are now recruiting for an interim People & Culture Advisor.

This role is full time, on a 12-month contract (the role is expected to become permanent)

The People & Culture function helps the organisation deliver its corporate strategy and objectives by ensuring the people processes encourage a high performing workforce whilst creating an environment where people love to work.

In this role you will be a trusted advisor within the business providing comprehensive, pragmatic and commercially focused operational support. You will give advice and guidance on all matters relating to employment law, absence and sickness management, ER activity including disciplinary and grievance processes, interpretation of policy and procedure and general queries. You will work with and challenge the business to drive the people agenda for the overall success of the business.

Essential Skills for this role are:

- Demonstrable experience as a HR generalist.
- Able to travel to other offices within a 4-hour commute at least twice a month.
- Able to coach, mentor and influence at all levels.
- Ability to write policies.
- Planning and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Flexibility.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
