**About the Role
In this newly created role as Compression Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for the selling of compression therapy products in the community setting covering East Region ( Hertfordshire Essex, North East London & Suffolk )

Territory planning will be key to ensure you maintain regular interaction and relationship building with your customers, and collaboration with other team members across the business will be essential to your success.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a permanent, field-based position, and you will be required to live on the territory. T erritory travel will be required, including some overnights, and occasional travel off territory for business meetings and conferences as necessary.

This role is a hybrid role with a blend of face to face and remote selling opportunities.

**What You Will Do
- **Achieve sales growth year on year, as set by company **targets**:

- **Manage and grow accounts through tactical business planning**:

- **Identify key opinion leaders and key accounts at territory level**:
**Who You Are
This role would ideally suit an existing account manager / sales specialist or a clinical nurse with experience in the medical sector.

Desirables for this role include:

- Experience within the medical sector
- Working knowledge of the acute care sector across the region
- An interest and ability in developing professional working relationships
- Commercial acumen
- Good knowledge of IT skills, tech savvy
