Press Setter

**We are looking for an experienced Press Setter for our client based in Hungerford. This is a full-time, permanent role.**

**You will be responsible for leading production value stream operations, communicating company goals, motivating adherence to core values, achieving production targets, ensuring quality standards. Enhancing efficiency, processes, and people management for on-time production within SQDC model.**

**Pay**:

- £25,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- To work on various open fronted type power presses to a maximum 160 Tonne capacity and single operation presses.
- Working with single and multi-stage press tooling.
- You will use basic measuring equipment such as Verniers and Callipers and can understand engineering drawings.
- Ensuring products are manufactured to an appropriate standard and specified tolerances to customer satisfaction and maximise production performance.
- You will retrieve the correct materials and load equipment to meet the demands of the production schedule.
- Set Press Tools / complete changeovers in line with SMED principles.
- You will ensure Health & Safety compliance throughout the plant and highlight any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift truck licence is desirable.
- Must be a team player.
