**Role**: Groundworker
**Location**: Marlborough
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing and levelling the ground.
- Lay foundations, install drainage systems, and construct pathways.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker.
- Proficiency in various groundwork techniques and the operation of related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety guidelines and construction standards.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and follow project plans.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- **CSCS/CPCS card.**
