Our client, a small engineering company based in Banbury, are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. You will be working on Amada presses, and will be responsible for setting up and operating them to bend and form sheet metal into various components. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate Amada presses to bend and form sheet metal into components according to specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting finished components and making necessary adjustments.
- Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements to the production process.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is operating at optimal levels.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced as a Press Brake Operator, ideally on Amada presses.
- Good knowledge of press brake machinery and experience working with sheet metal.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
