Pathfinders Youth Ltd - Supported Accommodation.
We are looking for reliable, dedicated individuals to support care leavers aged 16 to 18 years old. Our small dedicated team work to ensure the young people in our care move towards independence in preparation for adulthood. You will be required to be awake monitoring the house and young people between the hours of 11pm - 7am. You may be required to support a young person during these hours or monitor their behaviour. Your role will be to keep everyone safe.
Experience working with similar client group or behaviour which may be challenging is required along with previous experience of waking night cover.
