**Responsibilities: Culinary Maestro**
As a culinary maestro, you'll orchestrate the kitchen, ensuring residents' taste buds are delighted with every bite. Your role involves organizing and controlling the efficient production of quality, freshly prepared food that meets dietary requirements and stays within budgets. Your creativity in cooking, coupled with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene, will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with legislation and organization procedures.
**Qualifications**:
While prior busy kitchen experience is essential, no specific qualifications are required. We welcome individuals with a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to our values. On joining Making Space, you'll receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired.
