Established in 2016, this client provides innovative solutions to the home moving experience.We are looking for a Hunter/ Farmer who lives on patch and can:
- Confidently identify prime networking opportunities within the property sector.
- Introduce prospects to our new proposition which clearly differentiates us in the market place.
- Sign up estate agents and mortgage brokers into a referral partnership so that they can proactively introduce their clients to us for their sale and purchase conveyancing. Build and maintain relationships and manage that within our data base (CRM & CMS)
- Grow the business with both senior management and local staff within the property sector.
- Meet with prospects and clients regularly.
- Deliver training where appropriate internally and externally (agent portal, how to win more business etc).
- Collaborate closely with other departments (OB/AM/FE’s etc)
- Help develop and maintain new business materials for prospects and referring partners.
- Meet (or exceed) all agreed targets
- Update our CRM and CMS platforms accurately and informatively.
- Be a team player and help the company evolve.
