**The Role**:As a Permanent Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist residents in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This will include tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and facilitating social and recreational activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential for this role.
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with learning and physical disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including early, lates, long days, or permanent nights on a 4 on 4 off basis.
- Right to work in the UK
