We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual to join a Business Management team covering London and West Sussex County Council. As such, while based in Milton Keynes, this role requires infrequent travel to London.
Every day will be different, we have listed some examples of tasks that may be carried out on a day-to-day basis:

- Finding solutions to problems - recommending an approach and coordinating teams to deliver solutions.
- Using our reporting tools to build insightful dashboards and maximising data
- Understanding our CR.net platform
- On-site with clients, meeting and building relationships
- Helping, supporting and training internally across the business
- Building great relationships with our supply chain
- Understanding recent changes to legislation and processes nationally/regionally put in place
- Understanding pay rates and subtleties behind them
- Understanding business commercials and how we generate revenue
- Upselling streams of additional revenue with clients
- Making the most out of our system, working with IT to generate changes to benefit clients
- Preparing for presentations and presenting key information to clients
- Asking questions and learning every day
- Managing and prioritising workload
To be successful in this role you will need to be:

- An Account Manager with tangible, demonstrable experience in upselling and revenue generation
- Ideally experienced with temporary recruitment in a public sector setting
- Great with reporting and presenting data
- Talented in building relationships and rapport with clients and suppliers
- A natural communicator, capable of liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Capable of training and supporting the development of others.
- Experienced in agency worker regulations. (Preferable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
