**For the successful Highways Operative our client is offering**:

- £12.18 per hour
- Day work 7.30am to 5.30pm
- Long Term Temporary position
- Regular Overtime available paid at time and a half

**The role - Highways Operative**:

- Flagging
- Tarmacking
- Rebuilding Gullies
- Labouring
- Laying Kerbs
- Slurry Seals
- Operating whacker plates and rollers
- Manual handling
- Assisting trades men and Chargehands

**What our client is looking for in a Highways Operative**:

- A minimum of 12 months experience with the industry
- Be methodical and have excellent attention to detail skills
- Ability to time manage and prioritise work loads
- Ability to meet targets set and expectations ahead of time.
- Driving licence - **ESSENTIAL**:

- CSCS Card - **PREFERRED**
