**Contracts Manager (High-End fit out)**

This role is for an established and growing contractor who specialise in **full High-End fit out and Joinery works** for a variety of clients. You will have an established team around you consisting of Project Managers, site managers and Foreman so you will be overseeing the teams along with the day-to-day management of a portfolioof projects.

The company have been operating for over 30 years and have an established client base throughout the London area. Examples of projects include; **hotel & restaurant refurbishments with some high end residential.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
- Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
- Drawing up a detailed plan/programme for how to achieve each stage of a project
- Manage project teams
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
- Directing a multi-disciplinary team
- Communicating with staff every level, in a calm, personable and with professionalism
- Overseeing several projects at the same time with the support of project managers and site teams
- Escalating issue or items in a timely manner

**Experience**:

- Joinery OR high-end fit-out Senior Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
- Displays strong leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- PC literate
- Commercially aware
