**What are the responsibilities?**

Primarily, you'll form an integral part of a talented mechanical engineering team, helping to cover the whole product development lifecycle on complex and interesting products

Across these projects, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, but here's a non-exhaustive list:

- Defining product requirements at early stages, and developing early stage prototypes for de-risking technology
- Gathering feedback from users for ongoing improvement of designs
- Developing and managing test programmes to establish key performance levels
- Ensuring a smooth transition from design through to manufacturing and service teams

**What are the requirements?**
- Proficient with Solidworks CAD
- A passion and talent for problem solving when working with complex technical solutions
- First class verbal and written communication skills

**Nice to haves**:

- Project management exposure
- Rapid prototyping experience
- Experience of designing parts for plastic injection moulding
