Incubeta seeks to appoint a P2P specialist as part of our Group Finance department. The P2P specialist supports the end to end Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring group purchasing policies are adhered to, invoices are processed accurately and paid on time, and tasks are performed to a high level of accuracy with a focus on delivering best practice.

Core finance processes are structurally centralised to ensure streamlined and consistent support for our operations - with team members working across several geographical locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Purchasing Support**
- Assist with documenting Group guidance, policies and local frameworks for purchasing activities;
- Ensuring purchasing activities follow the Group guidance and approval processes;
- Ensure timely supplier onboarding and adherence to related master data controls;
- Support improvement initiatives for P2P activities, such as procurement and PO policies;
**Accounts Payable**
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed and statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner;
- Handling and resolution of invoice queries with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Investigating irregularities;
- Assist with Finance Period-End related tasks assigned to the P2P Team.
- Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are in line with company policies;
- Preparation of monthly trade payable, prepaid vendor and suspense account reconciliations to reconcile the general ledger balance;
**Banking/Treasury**
- Ensuring allocated bank accounts are reconciled daily;
- Monitor the bank balances on a daily basis and notify the Head of P2P of any expected shortfalls;
- Ensure invoices are paid in line with expected timeframes;
- Compliance with internal controls/ segregation of duties for banking payments;
- Utilise bank integration software when implemented.
- Prepares weekly/bi-weekly payment lists to inform cash forecasting;
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations to reconcile the general ledger balance;
**Statutory Requirements**
- Provide any necessary inputs into monthly statutory returns;
- Supporting the audit teams with queries & providing requested documentation;.

**Skills required**
- Computer literacy - ability to manipulate data sets using Excel/Google Sheets formulas and pivot tables to simplify data uploads.
- Prior experience of an accounting software package;
- Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and principles;
