We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legionella Remedial Plumber to join our dedicated team. As a reputable company specializing in water hygiene and Legionella control, we provide comprehensive services to a diverse range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to public health and safety while utilizing your expertise in Legionella remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting Legionella remedial works in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and modifications to mitigate Legionella risks.
- Assessing and addressing plumbing system vulnerabilities and potential sources of Legionella growth.
- Implementing effective control measures and best practices to prevent Legionella contamination.
- Collaborating with a team of experts to develop customized remedial strategies for clients.
- Providing technical advice and recommendations to clients regarding Legionella control measures.
- Conducting thorough inspections and surveys of water systems to identify risks and ensure compliance.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation of remedial actions and completed works.

Person Specification: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- NVQ Level 2: A valid NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing or a related field is required.
- Strong Legionella Experience and Understanding: Demonstrable experience in Legionella remediation, including a comprehensive understanding of Legionella bacteria and associated risks.
- Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regular travel to client sites across various locations as per project requirements.
- Clear UK License: A valid UK driver's license is essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex plumbing systems, identify Legionella risks, and implement appropriate remedial measures.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in following procedures, documenting actions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing project demands.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, provide guidance, and deliver reports in a clear and professional manner.
