We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for Customer Care / Service Coordinator to join a reputable developer at their office in Berkshire.

and ensure every home buyer receives exceptional care post-purchase.
In this unique customer-facing role, you'll be ensuring ever home-buyer receives exceptional care post-purchase.
You'll report to the Head of Customer Care, supporting them in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include handling all customer communications, coordinating departmental administration, and ensuring compliance with safety and customer care policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety and customer care policies
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate departmental administration
- Liaise with various departments to address customer concerns
- Conduct post-completion satisfaction calls
- Promote and uphold company values and procedures

What You Need:

- Experience in secretarial/administrative roles and customer service environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong team player with assertiveness and resilience
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional and pleasant demeanor

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
