Void Cleaner

**Our client **are looking for a **Void Cleaner** to join our friendly, self-motivated, hard
- working team in re-let, cleaning and clearing of properties in the Chepstow area.
- **MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE**_

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

**Pay**: £10.65 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
To clean and clear properties which involves the following duties:

- Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties when required.
- Clean the property to ensure that all floors, all doors, skirting boards, internal windows/frames and kitchens (including units) are clean.
- Remove all graffiti and garden rubbish (including rubble & fly tipping).
- Trim all grassed areas overgrown hedges & sweep all paths.

**SKILLS**
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Good working geographical knowledge of the local area.
- Full driving licence (no more than 3 points)
- Experience of use of hand tools

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.65 per hour
