Set on the banks of the River Leven on the Southern tip of Lake Windermere.The Swan Hotel & Spa offers the very best in sophisticated contemporary design,individual style,service and attention to detail.

We are now looking for a Day Porter to join our established and committed team.Previous hospitality experience and knowledge is preferable.However,excellent people skills are essential,as is a willingness to learn and become part of an integral part of a small but dedicated team.

Excellent working conditions and highly competitive rates of pay are available to the successful applicant.You must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all Swan Hotel & Spa company policies are implemented and maintained at all times
- Ensure that the public areas (internal and external) are immaculately presented at all times
- Ensure that all guest requests are actioned daily
- Ensuring all guest service expectations are met at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
