**About us**

We are a group of 3 commercial businesses working within the construction industry. Our Head Office is based in Hoylake with a team of 15 and approximately 40 team members working nationally. We are a young, agile and innovative team with a passion for ensuring we all have fun at work whilst supporting our customers in their commercial goals. Our customers include many of the UKs main retail companies, hotels and landlords.

**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
