Compassionate First Home Care is seeking a kind and profoundly patient individual to join our growing team as a Home Care Assistant in Stourbridge. **This role has an immediate start for the right individual.**

**In this role, you will**:

- Available to work the following hours each Saturday & Sunday:
8:00 - 10:00, 12:15 - 14:15 & 18:15 - 20:15 as well as a Sleep-In 22:00 - 08:00)
- Patiently provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating exceptional patience as you tailor your care to their individual needs and preferences.
- Work as part of a close-knit team, collaborating with other care staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, all while maintaining your incredible patience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with careful attention to detail.

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Exceptionally patient and understanding, especially when dealing with challenging situations.
- Kind, compassionate, and reliable.
- A good communicator and team player.
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous care experience is desirable, but **not essential**. We provide comprehensive training and support to all our staff, including in-depth training on fostering exceptional patience in caregiving.
