Mazak Controller/setter

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to specifications
- Fabricate or modify tooling as needed
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and alignments
- Handle materials and components safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for equipment setup and operation
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment, making necessary adjustments or repairs
- Assemble components or parts as required

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including materials handling and inventory management
- Basic understanding of logic controllers and their functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machinery or equipment issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and alignments
- Experience with tooling fabrication or modification is a plus

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
