**What we are looking for**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about interior design and looking to grow and develop in the design sector.

An experienced designer, passionate about design to join our team of designers; you need a strong sense of style, with your finger on the pulse for the latest design trends to inspire your clients.

A professional, articulate and well-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be experienced in either kitchen & bedroom design, passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming clients into our design studio.
- Discussing and understanding the specific requirements of our clients.
- Creating kitchen / bathroom design solutions.
- Presentation of designs and proposals
- Produce accurate project specification and quotations.
- Ordering and processing of sales.
- Promoting long term customer relationships
- Keeping abreast of industry design trends and product development.
- Providing your customer with a presentation of your design, allowing them to visualize their new room and giving them an initial quote and then working through any variations in product, design and price to complete the Customer journey to their new room.

**Qualifications**

The role of Kitchen / Bathroom Designer will involve the following:

- Designing rooms using CAD Design Software (Compusoft Winner, auto CAD, Auto CAD, Sketch UP).
- Project management of projects from initial interest right through to completion.
- Presentation of designs and proposals
- Greeting visitors and selling our range of products customers within our showroom.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Liaising with suppliers to design, survey, deliver and install all projects to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Enthusiastic and organised.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proactive and able to use own initiative.
- A strong desire to learn and develop.
- Team player - collaborative and supportive of colleagues.
- Previous experience using Compusoft Winner & other CAD systems would be advantageous.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
