360 Operator

FM Conway are currently searching for a **360 Operator **to working within our Recycling Yard at our Newhaven Asphalt Plant. This is a permanant, full time role.

**Responsibilities of our 360 Operator**
- Feeding material to the crusher and screener
- Monitoring quality and production to achieve daily volumes.
- Daily maintenance and pre-start check of all plant, reporting all defects to site management
- Greasing all plant daily
- Recording and monitoring the plants fuel, mechanical components and breakages
- Following site health and safety procedures

**What we’re looking for in our 360 Operator**

To be successful in this **360 Operator** role you must have a 360 NPORS ticket. You will be a good team player, who can work alone. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, will have good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
