**JOB PURPOSE**:
Responsible for the smooth running of the Ramp and Fuel office department. To ensure that all areas are run efficiently and safely whilst supporting the General Ramp & Fuel Manager.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Provide an exceptionally high level of service overseeing the day to day running of the Ramp Department ensuring that all operational requirements are met and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that staff resource is maximised by way of shift coverage
- Support and assist the Customer Services & Operations department in co-ordinating customer requirements
- Ensure that all administration requirements of the Ramp Department are carried out.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of the ground support equipment (GSE) to ensure that Airport guidelines are adhered to
- Ensure that any incidents or accidents are reported and investigated in line with Company procedures
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines are followed and adhered to including the overseeing of the Health and Safety representative to ensure that risk assessments are carried out in line with Company procedures
- Attend any meetings as requested by the Company
- Ensure that the information provided by the Ramp Department is accurate and to the satisfaction of all departments.
- Ensure the office environment is maintained to a respectable standard at all times including the cleanliness.
- Monitor and support all staff in any duties delegated to them
- Ensure Aircraft parking/hangar areas are maximised at all times
- Monitor all GSE, Operations and refuelling vehicle defect reports, repair and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct performance and development (P&D) meetings with General Ramp & Fuel Manger, once every 3 months.
- Complete all reports effectively and efficiently as and when required
- Carry out staff training as and when required, ensuring that training is only undertaken in areas you are qualified to administer training in.
- Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company
