Desktop Support Analyst - Inside IR35
Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a view to extend.

Please note, the role is INSIDE IR35. You will also be required on-site for the duration of the contract.

**Desktop Support Analyst - Key Skills:
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
- Staging of PCs.
- Hardware & software maintenance and support.
- Asset management.
- Coordinate with Break/Fix vendor for hardware repair.
- Assist and work closely with the business on IT security issue and virus eradication effort.
- Have a good understanding on the IT pricing.
- Have a good understanding of the IT Processes and Procedures
- Comply with IT standard processes and procedures.
- Active participation in regular staff meetings as coordinated by Service Delivery manager
- Maintain working area to professional standards.
