**Estate Agent - Luxury Homes: Self Employed**

A fantastic opportunity is available for an Estate Agent - Self Employed, based just outside of St Neots. Focussed on Prestige Homes, you will be responsible for the sales cycle from lead generation and marketing, to market appraisals, fee levels, viewings and negotiating offers.

**What will the right person look like?**

The ideal Estate Agent - Self Employed will be an ambitious and experienced Estate Agent, Lister or Valuer with a proven track record, be self motivated, entrepreneurial, believe in ongoing and professional development, and able to provide the highest levels of customer service. You must have a full UK driving license and own your own car.

**What will you be doing?**
- Liaising with high net worth clients.
- Responsible for own lead generation by prospecting for new business.
- Generating and carrying out market appraisals.
- Agreeing fee levels.
- Listing and marketing luxury homes.
- Generating and carrying out viewings.
- Marketing through our social media.
- Negotiating offers.

**What support will you have?**
- Full support and training via the company’s Branch Office local to St Neots, and access to the Company’s other Branch Offices.
- A desk at the Branch Office local to St Neots, and systems to enable you to run your business including CRM.
- All the marketing material an agent would need.
- A proven and winning success formula (including systems and strategies).
- Property advert listings on all the major online housing sites.

**Salary/Benefits**

The Estate Agent - Self Employed earning potential of £70,000 to £80,000 or more in the first year and higher in subsequent years as reputation grows. Will have full support and use of facilities at the local Branch Office, the flexibility to fully manage own diary, and work from where is most effective (ie: this is not an Office based role). Liaising with the lucrative luxury market and high net worth clients. Become part of the Company’s Prestige luxury brand.
