Landscape Gardener

We are a small family run gardening business who carry out both private work and subcontract to a large landscaping company, working on new build sites.

We are looking for a highly motivated hard working individual that thrives on hard physical work to join our team. Initially they will be working along side others and then they will drive a company van to undertake gardening tasks themselves.

You will work throughout Tyneside and Northumberland. Duties would include grass cutting, pruning, turfing, rotavating, planting, strimmimg amongst others. Different pieces of equipment will be used so a good understanding of health and safety will be needed. There will be periodic checks to ensure standards are being met.

Self motivation and ability to use initiative

Able to work alone or in a team

Able to work in all weathers

A full UK driving license and happy to drive a van

Gardening experience preferred

Good Time Keeping

full time start date-01/04/2024

Would do part time in March to train and bring skills upto the expected standard

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
