Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a MULTI TRADER for a well-established company covering the GUILDFORD area

- Proven track record of working in Social Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry
- Relevant qualifications
- A valid UK driving licence
- CSCS card required

**About the role**:

- Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30
- Salary: £30,000 - 36,000 dependant on experience
- Stop overs paid at £20 per night, Call outs £50
- Overtime rate is x1 if done during the week, and x1.5 during the weekend for overtime done over your contracted 37.5 hours.
- Ability to travel between sites and offices across all regions if required
- find solutions to complex issues and problems, and identify and manage risk
- Submit presentable and accurate paperwork including PDA database information as per requirements of the contract to establish works are carried out and coding costing information is obtained
- Carry out general maintenance works, which include but not limited to basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
