My client is an established, reputable law firm in Hampshire and is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join the successful and growing Commercial Property team.
The role comprises working within a busy team and assisting with:

- case set ups including identification and source of funds checks
- raising and answering enquiries
- commissioning online searches
- drafting deeds of covenant, deeds of easement, licences to alter, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds, leases, contracts, reports on title and the ability to review and comment on them
- exchange of contracts and completions
- preparation of accurate financial statements
- registrations and stamp duty land tax requirements
- promoting the firm’s core values

You'll have the autonomy and support to handle your own caseload, as well as assisting on a wide range of high quality and complex commercial property work. They can offer flexible and hybrid working.
