**SPRAY PAINTER**

You will be joining a family business operating from the Kings Norton/Stirchley area, with decades long experience in the industry. Our workshop is easily accessible and well-connected to travel routes, with on-site parking available. The team at Kings Norton Body Repairs is a small and close-knit team of around 10 members, providing an efficient work flow, but they are always accepting of new members of staff that join the team. We believe that hard work deserves reward; if targets are exceeded, your effort will not go unrewarded. We are willing to negotiate the pay rate with regards to your experience.

Required on-site 5 days a week, 8am to 5pm. Options to work overtime at weekend.

**JOB ROLE**

The roles of this job include, but are not limited to:

- Masking Vehicles in preparation for paint
- Cleaning and preparation (Panel wipe + Tac) of Vehicle for paint
- Spray Paint Vehicles, Panels and Light Commercial Vehicles
- Mix paint using scales and computer system
- Cleaning and management of Booth
- If skilled in Vehicle Polishing this would be a great added bonus

**QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have proven experience of delivering high quality finishes
- Be able to meet targets and deadlines
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Work on Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles
- Ability to work from Job Cards (Forward thinking working)

**RATES**

Hourly = £12.50 - £15.38

Yearly = £26,000 - £32,000

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
