We are currently looking for a new _**PART-TIME Transport Administrator**_ to join our team

**Personal specification**:
We are looking for a friendly and approachable person to work alongside our logistics team.

We transport and manage hazardous waste for our customers providing the supporting documentation and in compliance with ADR requirements.

**Job Specification**:

- Ensuring drivers have the correct paperwork to enable the free transport of DG Goods in Accordance to waste and ADR rules.
- Route and Plan drivers runs using the routing software
- Keep paperwork from completed runs ensuring all documents are completed
- To use software to send drivers telephone app
- To book international shipments and collections via couriers and hauliers
- To produce quotations and invoices for customers as necessary.
- To answer telephones as required

**Key Skills**:

- Maths
- English

Proven IT experience

A language would be an advantage but not essential.

**Additional skills**:

- Communication skills / customer service
- Accuracy & attention to detail while processing information
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
- Take instruction and direction
- Manage under pressure
