We are looking to recruit an administrator to join our small but busy team, the role will support the FM Lead to deliver an efficient and compliant FM service to the hospital. The hospital is entering a period of expansion so there are projects underway that this role will also assist in supporting.
You will be required to liaise with other departments in the hospital, external contractors and companies, so will need to be a confident communicator.
The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage and prioritise a varied and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy.
You would be joining a team that play a vital role in running the hospital, where no two days are the same. Full time 37.5 hours
This role will also be supporting project implementation, starting with our travel plan implementation 2 days a week.
