Pharmacy Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of medications and inventory levels
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Provide medication administration and counseling to patients as needed
- Monitor prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in pharmaceuticals and pharmacy practices
- Increase business

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in pharmacy software systems

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
