Order Processor

Your main role would be to process and check new orders onto our online system. This would include uPVC and Aluminium windows, doors and glass orders.

Must have excellent communication and IT skills, alongside a polite and professional telephone manner to discuss customer install dates and update the installation schedule as required.

You would also be expected to discuss and log any customer service calls or complaints calmly and professionally.

Training will be provided to use our order processing system.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peterborough, PE4 6ZL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- system administration: 1 year (required)
