**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Mixology**: Craft a variety of high-quality cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Bar Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order. Restock supplies as needed.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about the current drink menu, specials, and promotions. Educate customers about different beverage options.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as local alcohol service laws. Monitor and manage alcohol consumption responsibly.
- **Customer Engagement**: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patrons, building rapport and encouraging repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous Experience**: Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment would be ideal but not essential as full training is provided.
- **Mixology Skills**: Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create a diverse range of cocktails would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Customer-Focused**: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
