**Main duties will include**:

- To provide leadership to the care staff within Optimal Future
- To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed with standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
- To supervise the care services within Optimal Future in accordance with agreed standards
- To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date

**You will be**:

- Excellent in time management and reliability.
- Understanding the needs of people who require care and support at home.
- Competent to use best practices regarding providing high-quality person-centred care.
- Skilled to carry out regulatory responsibilities of a Field Care Supervisor.
- Understanding of the law and regulations relating to care services.
- Able to maintain confidentiality in relation to clients, staff and the Company.
- Able to follow safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise yours’s and your team’s workload and effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experienced in leading and managing your team through substantial growth and development.

Local geographic knowledge of the West Sussex area would be advantageous.
