Our client is a specialist retailer of workshop power tools and equipment to the general public and trade customers based in Nottingham's City Centre, we are delighted to be assiting with their next hire for a Parts Sales Advisor to join their friendly Parts Department Team with an IMMEDIATE START

The job role involves:

- Working within the dedicated Parts Centre
- Delivering excellent customer service and Aftersales product support
- Using your technical product knowledge you will be taking inbound customer calls, identifying spare part requirements and completing sales transactions
- You will be liaising with colleagues in their 65 stores nationwide regarding spares requirements.

Experience required:

- Previous experience of technical product ranges
- Must be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Excel and Word

Desirable experience:

- Experience of working within a busy customer service and/or parts sales environment, would be desirable

Full training will be given on their in-house computer system.

Your working hours will be 8:30am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm Friday. You will have a 30-minute paid break on your shift.

- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
