Shop Supervisor

A shop supervisor for OneStop Craven Arms is a pivotal role in effective management and operation of the store. Tasked with overseeing daily activities, the supervisor insures that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for coordinating and delegating tasks among other staff members, managing schedules and maintaining inventory levels. The shop supervisor will be a key point of contact between management and frontline employees, facilitating effective communication, and addressing any issues that may arise. Apart from operational aspects, they contribute to the development and implementation of store policies, procedures and strategies. Lastly, the shop supervisor is instrumental in creating a positive and organised in store environment, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction, and overall success of the business.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Craven Arms (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Craven Arms: Relocate before starting work (required)
