They are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with expertise in handling new build property transactions to join their dynamic team.

As a Conveyancing Assistant with New Build Experience, you will play a critical role in their conveyancing department, supporting solicitors and conveyancers in managing new build property transactions. Your knowledge and skills will contribute to the seamless completion of these often complex and high-value transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the management of new build property transactions, from instruction to completion.
- Liaise with developers, clients, and other parties involved in new build projects.
- Review and process contracts, searches, and relevant documentation for new build properties.
- Coordinate the exchange of information and documents between stakeholders.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for new build cases.
- Provide clear and timely updates to clients on the progress of their transactions.
- Assist with post-completion tasks, including registration of titles.
- Collaborate with solicitors, conveyancers, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, with a focus on new build properties.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, legal terminology, and property transactions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a dedication to delivering excellent client service.
