Job Title:
**CSA On Board**

Contract:
**Weekend only - 20 hours (working every Saturday and Sunday)**

**Training
- The training is 2 weeks at Crewe (hotel and accommodation provided) Mon
- Fri.**

**_What is the purpose of this job?_**

To deliver excellence in customer service and hospitality to our onboard passengers ensuring that they have the very best journey experience with Avanti West Coast.

**_What Skills do I need?_**
- The ability to provide a consistently high level of performance and Customer Service.
- Good level of product and service knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Positive and proactive
- Great communication skills
