Experienced Fencing Erector

We urgently require fence erector and a labourer who is a competent, self-motivated individual who can work as a team and confident working alone. The person must have the right attitude, energy and be very quick to learn and have a good eye for detail. They must be positive, enthusiastic and be prepared to work hard as the job is physically demanding.

The company base is near Sleaford in Lincolnshire it specialises in equestrian fencing, paddock maintenance and associated services.

The person must be physically strong as the job is to erect all types of fencing (typically using long-lasting creosote timber), gates, manège construction, ground works. It involves both manual work and using specialised machinery, equipment and hand tools. The loading and unloading of machinery, equipment and materials is required to transport to client sites.

**Key skills**

You must provide evidence of good practical skills and experience in this type of work. Experience in driving plant or tractors is an advantage.
